Global food merchants Brecon Foods, recently contracted Sub-Zero to design, supply and install a large cold room.
The cold room proposal was submitted to the client, alongside drawings and a quote. Following the client's approval, Sub-Zero set to work installing the solution to an impossibly high standard, within the agreed timeframe.
The final part of the installation process required a bespoke emergency change over panel, fitted in case of a system failure.
