A small retailer in Newport contacted Sub-Zero requiring an air conditioning installation to satisfy their staff and customers.
The installation began with an arranged site visit where a complete site survey was carried out in order to determine how many KW’s of cooling capacity the client would require. The small scale of the large Newport retailer meant only one substantial 10KW unit was required to adequately cool the retail space.
Following the site survey, our team drew up a full proposal and provided the client with a quote that same day.
The air conditioning unit was installed within the agreed time frame of two days, as promised within the project proposal.
